Constina M. Baylor

Serving Oxnard and surrounding areas, I listen to my client's and use my experience and keen negotiating skills for a successful transaction. I moved to Oxnard as a teenager in 1974 and know the area well.  Oxnard's weather, beaches, harbor, and culture offer an ideal place to raise a family or to own a vacation or retirement home. 
 
I am a UC Santa Barbara graduate with a Bachelor of Art in History and have worked in many "help" professions. I became an agent in 2002 and a broker in 2005.  I have been designated as a new agent mentor and an "Award Winning Producer." In addition to real estate, I work with high schoolers on college and career readiness. 

I have a great reputation with clients and other professionals. I care about the community and served as a Board Member on Project Understanding, an organization that provides services to the "houseless."  I am also an advocate for social justice.

I have been married to Eric for 26 years and have 8 grandchildren that "give me life." I have a pretty good sense of humor, a positive outlook, and am enthusiastic, thorough, and detail-oriented. I'll be at your side from start to finish and I'm available to my clients even after their transaction is completed.
